Your World
Your world is as big as you make it.
I know, for I used to abide
In the narrowest nest in a corner,
My wings pressing close to my side.
But I sighted the distant horizon
Where the skyline encircled the sea
And I throbbed with the burning desire
To travel this immensity.
I battered the cordons around me
And cradled my wings on the breeze,
Then soared to the uttermost reaches
With rapture, with power, with ease!

Theme song of the week
La Isla Bonita with Madonna. This song represents my childhood and early teenage years (8-14). I have spent many hours miming this song in front of the mirror. My poor parents had to here on repeat for hours and hours… When I was 14 and had at last managed persuade my parents to leave me home alone when they went to our cottage, I put this song on full volume and danced around the living room. I had the greatest feeling of freedom at that moment. When it got dark that night that feeling changed to sheer terror..but that’s another story. Put on the song and dance with me : )

Theme song of the week
May it be with Enya. 12 years ago I listened to the soundtrack Lord of the ring and read the first four Harry Potter books during a weekend. And I fell madly and completly in love. Hogwarts forever ❤❤❤
